Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join their human resources team. The HR Assistant will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records. Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Provide support in organizing training sessions and employee development programs.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation as needed.
Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects.
